GARAI AI Usage
- —GARAI AI is provided as a tool to assist users. Outputs are AI-generated and should not be taken as professional, legal, or medical advice.
- —You retain ownership of content you input. We do not use your inputs to train our models without explicit consent.
- —We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to GARAI AI for misuse or policy violations.
- —Do not input sensitive personal data (e.g. passwords, financial details) into AI prompts.
Intellectual Property
- —All content, code, branding, and design on this site is the intellectual property of Orange Glazz AI unless otherwise stated.
- —You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- —User-generated content remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to display it within our platform.
Payments & Subscriptions
- —Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- —All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
- —We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
- —Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Limitation of Liability
- —Orange Glazz AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- —Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
- —You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- —We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
- —Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
Governing Law
- —These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- —Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
